¡HOLA!
Llego con una nueva propuesta, un nuevo reto y esta vez durará 4 semanas. Este reto va sobre algo más que hipopresivos. Es algo que me lleváis pidiendo mucho, así que por fin lo lanzo.
Cada domingo iré subiendo por aquí la planificación semanal, con los enlaces directos a cada entrenamiento. Habrán semanas que os propondré 2 entrenamientos y otras con 3 entrenamientos. Estad muy atentas ya que habrán entrenamientos en DIRECTO desde mi cuenta de Instagram @eugeparrado_hipofit y desde Zoom .
Para que nos os perdáis nada de este reto deberéis hacer dos cosas:
- SUSCRIBIROS A MI PÁGINA WEB: www.eugeniaparrado.com así recibiréis directamente las planificaciones a vuestro correo y no tenéis que estar pendientes de Instagram o incluso por aquí por WhatsApp.
- SUSCRIBIROS A MI CANAL DE YOUTUBE : para poder ver los vídeos de los diferentes entrenamientos link canal ➡️ shorturl.at/jnKUV
Para cada semana podréis descargaros la imagen de la plantilla de programación ????
Parece una tontería, pero llegar a domingo y ver todo marcado, produce una satisfacción que os prometo que vale mucho la pena sentir.
