



The session lasts 1h30min, the Pilates and Hypopressives practice is carried out, on the beach of Sant Sebastián in front of the Hotel W.
We start with a small warm-up to connect with the muscles and start with the 30-minute Pilates practice, then we introduce the hypopressive technique through breathing, diaphragm relaxation and postural fundamentals, then 20 minutes of postural exercises focusing on fluid sequences of movement through dynamic and athletic poses. Their goal is to emphasize the connection between breathing and movement, to give you momentum during practice. If you do not have a mat, contact me so I can take one to hola@eugeniaparrado.com.
