Estamos flotando de emoción por anunciarte nuestro próximo retiro que hemos preparado con mucho cariño y esfuerzo. El retiro estará enfocado en la práctica para reconectar con tu ser a través de la naturaleza.
Será un fin de semana de tres días y 2 noches, en nuestra finca familiar donde la belleza y la naturaleza crean el escenario necesario para recorrer ese camino de vuelta a través del yoga, la meditación y la técnica hipopresiva. Flotarás en medio de un bosque privado de más de 10 hectáreas con más de 20 especies distintas de árboles y rincones con plantas medicinales.
Te proporcionaremos las herramientas necesarias para adaptar la práctica individualmente. Debido a que las plazas son muy limitadas (máx. 8 personas) las sesiones serán muy individualizadas. El retiro está abierto a todos los niveles de práctica.
Todos los workshops son voluntarios. Si en algún momento necesitas conectar con la naturaleza de otra forma (descansar, leer, pasear) podrás fluir con la naturaleza según tu yo interior ¡Te esperamos!
