Ideas ... Breakfast after running and doing my hypopressive sequence with the @lowpressurefitness technique

Ingredients:

  • Plain yogurt, coconut, soy, Greek ...
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 kiwi
  • 4 walnuts
  • Chia
  • Cinnamon and honey

Optional accompany with an omelette with 1 egg ... Ahhh and a bowl of coffee with milk ☕

It's easy, light and will give you energy ????
