Ideas ... Breakfast after running and doing my hypopressive sequence with the @lowpressurefitness technique
Ingredients:
- Plain yogurt, coconut, soy, Greek ...
- 1/2 apple
- 1 kiwi
- 4 walnuts
- Chia
- Cinnamon and honey
Optional accompany with an omelette with 1 egg ... Ahhh and a bowl of coffee with milk ☕
It's easy, light and will give you energy ????
Decoration is important, everything enters through the eyes ????
