After years of experience in tourism and catering, as a mother I decided to dedicate myself to what really had always been my passion, sports. It was then that I decided to train in Pilates, yoga and hypopressive gymnastics.
Came oooon that positive energy !!!
I couldn't start by defining myself otherwise:
energetic, positive, sporty and very PASSIONAL
When I practiced more, curiosity increased. After being the mother of two children and having diagnosed 2 lumbar hernias, the hypopressive technique, as well as yoga and Pilates were vital both to recover my pelvic floor and to stabilize the spine and since then sport became part of each aspect of my life.
In my life, hypopressives have given me a lot of personal growth, especially emotionally and physically. They have been a great change to face life more calmly, be more resolute in the face of adversity and are a tool for relaxation and meditation.
In the physical aspect, I have seen a positive progression in my pelvic floor, I have also reduced my waist circumference and has significantly improved my breathing capacity.
On a professional level, it has helped me connect with people a lot and help them learn this powerful and beneficial technique. I have seen very great changes and progressions in my students and that fills my heart with joy.
Currently I teach in various sports centers, I do personal training, group classes for companies, as well as specialized workshops on the hypopressive technique.
Currently I teach Pilates and Hypopressive abdominal gymnastics in a therapeutic center in Barcelona, in 2 primary schools and I teach face-to-face in various companies for their employees.
I teach regular sessions, master classes and workshops in Barcelona, for pilates, yoga and business centers.
I organize monthly retreats to deepen the practice.
TRX Pilates instructor and I teach regular classes in Barcelona.
Likewise also carried out personal training and sessions for pregnant women and postpartum.
